  Worst service ever, just a bunch of little kids in there that have no idea what the hell they are doing. It's honestly like recess time in there. Went in there to get help with my phone and none of them had a clue on what was wrong with it nor did they even try to fix it just to sell me a new phone and when I declined they tried to sell me a tablet. I seriously hate going in there it's the worst service I ever experienced in my life.

  I've been to several Tmobile stores and BY FAR, the Hanford store has the WORST Customer Service! ! The last 3 times I've gone in, (just to pay the bill); it's taken more then 10 minutes to even be helped. My last experience in this store, I walked out.... 1 employee said "Hi" and the other 2 just looked at us and ignored us! The music playing in the background was vulgar and disruptive as well!!
