  Majority of the employees are kind, My worst experience was with Emily. She was VERY rude and EXTREMLY pushy. I understand they have to upsell to meet their goals each month and what not but eventually I was very clear with my answer for the Tv plan and she got rude and snappy with me when I continued to tell her no. Her eye rolls and lack of customer service we’re not appreciated. Please make sure that your employees know when enough is enough.
