  The literal worst Staples in existence. Stay AWAY! The customer service is awful. So awful!! We went in to use their new promotional 'fix water damage to your phone' thing that they are heavily promoting (TL:DR - it did not work, and they tried to take MORE money from me, rather than giving us our money back!) - first of all, NO ONE was around. It took 10 minutes for us to find ANY associates in the store. Did I mention that there were no customers in the store? Not a single one, but me! What were they doing? In the back smoking weed? Who knows! Seriously. 10 minutes and no one. Eventually we got the thing going - they did not know how to work it. It has step by step directions, WRITTEN ON THE BOX. And they didn't know how to work it. Then, get this, my phone is still broken. After I paid the $69. They asked me then to pay another $50 to send it to their "lab" who the heck knows where... Yeah, right. Anyways, after politely refusing, they tell me, "sorry, too bad it didn't work, have a nice day" and start to walk away. Um, no. The promotion clearly states, if it doesn't work, I don't have to pay. I want my $69 back. The guy had to call his manager, because he said the promotion was wrong and I wasn't going to get my money. Then, he took down all the stuff that said you'd get your money back. After I made it clear I wasn't going to stand for that, they relented and gave me my money back, but they still took down the promotional material that was plastered all around saying you'd get your money back - clearly, they are trying to be shady! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS STAPLES! EVER! They will cheat you if they can, and they will not give you ANYTHING resembling good customer service!!
